Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Driving product-based implementations, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will lead the Trust & Safety Engineering team remotely, focusing on building robust tools to investigate and mitigate threats such as fraud and credential abuse while mentoring other engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Trust & Safety policies across internal and external-facing users and workflows
• Architect and build scalable systems and custom tools to enhance digital safety measures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge technical and non-technical gaps in project execution

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, including 1+ years in Trust & Safety systems
• Proven experience in fullstack development of modern database-backed web applications
• Knowledge of microservice development and the entire software development lifecycle
• Experience mentoring others and establishing design patterns within engineering teams
• Demonstrated ability to work on complex projects with a focus on sustainable outcomes
