Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Assuming a technical leadership role within a fully remote team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will build backend logic, design data pipelines, and collaborate with product and design teams to tackle complex energy industry challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team's technical solutions and improve coding practices and operating procedures
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to gather technical requirements
• Author process and design documentation while exemplifying best engineering practices

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a code-contributing engineer
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with foundational backend technologies and databases
• Demonstrated contributions to team culture and engineering best practices
• Authorization to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship
