Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of scalable applications, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will provide technical leadership for a team of engineers while focusing on architecture, integration with Salesforce, and implementation of high-quality solutions using the Microsoft technology stack.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-performance applications using C# and .NET
• Provide technical leadership to a team of 3-5 engineers, including mentoring and code quality oversight
• Drive architecture decisions and implement integration layers between .NET systems and Salesforce

Required qualifications

• 5 - 8 years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on C# and .NET
• Proven experience leading small engineering teams or pods
• Deep expertise in object-oriented design and distributed systems architecture
• Strong experience with RESTful API design and service orchestration
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
