Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a full-time remote position focused on building solutions for complex, regulated industries, where the candidate will collaborate with product managers and operators to address real-world challenges and drive technical decisions from problem understanding to implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Build systems that simplify complex tasks and understand the underlying business problems and outcomes
• Make independent technical and product decisions, owning projects from conception through deployment and measurement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features, engaging directly with users and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with proficiency in at least one major programming language and familiarity with databases and frontend technologies
• Experience integrating AI into workflows and a strong interest in AI advancements in technology
• Proven ability to build and maintain scalable systems, with experience in complex and distributed architectures
• Ability to navigate various technical layers and system concerns effectively
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or insurance is a plus
