Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Software Engineer will enhance software design and development practices, leveraging AI technologies while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring high standards for quality, security, and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Ship testable, readable, and maintainable code while developing a deep understanding of complex data flows
• Guide engineers on best practices for integrating AI into development workflows and propose improvements to engineering processes
• Collaborate with product teams to influence product strategy and participate in technical decision-making

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Experience coding in a production Python environment
• Proficiency with React and TypeScript
• Experience writing SQL queries and designing relational data models
• Familiarity with agentic development workflows
