Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join the remote team focused on the PingOne Platform Administration, where the engineer will design, build, test, and deploy scalable backend services and APIs while contributing to AI-related platform tooling and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in all stages of the software development life cycle, including requirements definition, technical design, implementation, testing, and production support
• Design and develop backend services and APIs that enhance the PingOne Platform Administration capabilities
• Mentor other engineers and shape technical direction, engineering standards, and system design decisions within the team

Required qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly as a senior-level individual contributor on Agile teams
• Strong backend development experience with Java and NodeJS
• Experience with TypeScript and familiarity with Identity Management and AI model development
• Proven experience designing and consuming REST APIs and working with distributed systems
• Familiarity with cloud-native development practices and CI/CD pipelines
