Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a mission-driven engineering team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and build reliable full-stack features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage AI tools in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services and APIs, as well as frontend features, ensuring high-quality user experience
• Evaluate trade-offs and communicate effectively about business value and client impact throughout the development process
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver features that meet user needs and expectations

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript development experience on production systems
• Strong expertise in React, including component architecture and state management
• Solid backend experience with Node.js and TypeScript, including REST APIs and GraphQL
• Production experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL databases
• Active daily use of AI coding assistants like Copilot or Cursor
