Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Driving large, complex projects autonomously, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will tackle architecture challenges, lead code reviews, and mentor junior team members while partnering across engineering teams on company-wide initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive complex projects from technical design to launch
• Lead code reviews and documentation, addressing high-risk bugs
• Mentor junior engineers and transfer knowledge in Java development

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building and developing backend applications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Senior-level experience with languages such as Java, Python, Kotlin, Go, or Scala
• Hands-on experience with public cloud offerings (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Fluency in a database technology (e.g., TiDB, Postgres, Kafka)
