Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To deliver complex software features and services in a remote, full-time capacity, the Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain solutions while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring production quality and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex software features and services, ensuring scalability and performance
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions while collaborating cross-functionally
• Mentor Software Engineers and participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards and best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 5-8 years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET
• Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, Blazor, and WPF
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design and service-oriented architectures
