Job Summary

To support large-scale business impact, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will participate in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications, ensuring architecture meets design specifications and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize new capabilities for business impact in collaboration with partner teams
• Lead the design and implementation of products, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to architectural standards
• Mentor developers and contribute to the growth of the engineering team while evolving the engineering culture

Required qualifications

• BS Degree or equivalent work experience
• Typically 10+ years of directly related experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience in operational excellence and best practices
• Expertise in multiple application development languages and multi-tiered software applications
• Strong organizational, project management, and collaboration skills
