Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

As a key technical leader, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and implement scalable backend solutions for the Patient Health Data Platform while collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences and mentor junior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable backend solutions to meet product requirements
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers on best practices and coding standards
• Participate in product discovery sessions to assess feasibility and define product features

Required qualifications

• 5+ years as a software engineer with production code experience
• 3+ years of experience in back-end distributed system design and microservice architectures
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in building scalable web applications, preferably in a cloud environment
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
