Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To build foundational agent infrastructure for an AI assistant that helps developers grow their subscription revenue, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will work remotely, focusing on orchestration, tool execution, context management, and evaluation.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the foundational infrastructure for the AI assistant, ensuring reliability and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new features and improve existing systems
• Identify and address performance gaps within the agent's architecture and functionality

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in shipping production systems
• Hands-on experience building systems around large language models (LLMs)
• Strong backend development skills with a focus on reliability and observability
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in early-stage product development
• Experience with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs or building conversational interfaces is a plus
