Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Building and optimizing a world-class distributed file system, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will work collaboratively on the next generation storage platform, focusing on user requirements, code implementation, and system monitoring in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine user requirements for features
• Create and implement code for products and services, breaking down larger tasks into manageable items
• Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) to monitor and address system performance issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, or Java
• Equivalent experience may be considered
• Ability to meet security screening requirements upon hire and every two years thereafter
