Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Retail Grocery team, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will work closely with engineering and product leads to identify high-impact opportunities, plan and prototype solutions, and make technical decisions that shape the future of the retail platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high-impact opportunities in collaboration with engineering and product leads
• Plan, scope, and prototype solutions from design to rollout, considering the entire feature lifecycle
• Deploy AI-native experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and stay aligned with customer needs

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building and shipping production software to customers
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or other object-oriented programming languages
• Growth mindset with a focus on learning and self/team improvement
• Comfortable with testing methodologies and frameworks
• Startup mindset with flexibility in using different tech stacks and languages
