Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Hands-on and collaborative, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will build and enhance enterprise SaaS applications, modernize existing systems, and leverage AI tools to improve the insurance claims experience, with opportunities for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and enhance enterprise SaaS applications across EvolutionIQ and CCC products, focusing on writing production code
• Modernize existing systems by navigating complex legacy platforms and contributing to new product development
• Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate development and rapidly prototype new ideas

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering features end-to-end
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and familiarity with TypeScript and/or JavaScript
• Experience designing scalable backend systems with strong relational database design skills
• Comfortable using AI-assisted engineering tools and transitioning between rapid prototyping and production development
• Experience writing technical design documents and participating in code reviews while contributing to engineering best practices
