Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Software Engineer II for a remote, full-time position who will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of medium-to-large scale projects, partner with Product and Design teams to enhance customer experiences, and mentor junior engineers while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with Product and Design teams to translate customer pain points into high-performance product experiences
• Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of projects from design and architecture to deployment and iteration
• Proactively identify technical debt and design scalable solutions for core platforms

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with a proven track record of delivering complex features independently
• Expert-level proficiency in at least one modern backend ecosystem, specifically Ruby or .NET/C#
• Deep understanding of building high-quality, performant, and scalable distributed systems
• Extensive experience designing complex data models across relational and non-relational stores
• Advanced experience using LLMs and agentic tools in planning and implementation
