Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer for the BaaS team who will design and develop APIs and microservices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support engineering excellence in an onsite role based in Los Angeles, CA, with potential for conversion to full-time.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop APIs and microservices for BaaS onboarding and partner integration
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions
• Support code reviews, mentoring, and best practices in CI/CD, testing, and observability

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 1 year in a technical leadership role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in developing secure and standards-compliant code
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure native services)
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, OAuth2, and OpenAPI specifications
• Experience with observability dashboards and platforms like Datadog or Grafana
