Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Experienced software engineers will find a remote eligible opportunity as a Senior Software Engineer on the Content Platform team, focusing on providing technical leadership to build a no-code or low-code platform for managing personalized marketing communications across various channels.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design and deliver high-quality marketing products that drive revenue
• Lead the architecture and development of technology for serving marketing content across Airbnb's platforms
• Identify and resolve usability issues while optimizing user experience and system performance

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a hands-on software engineering role
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Proven technical leadership experience, including mentoring engineers and setting project direction
• Strong background in both backend and frontend development within a full-stack environment
• Experience in defining product strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams
