Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To define and build the source of truth for AI systems in production, the remote Senior Software Engineer II will design, build, and deliver backend systems and APIs in Go, contribute to full-stack product features, and provide technical leadership while collaborating across disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver backend systems and APIs, ensuring clarity, maintainability, and backward compatibility
• Build and maintain full-stack product features, contributing both frontend and backend code to enhance product value
• Provide technical leadership by planning and delivering complex projects, mentoring teammates, and defining operational guidelines

Required qualifications

• Deep experience in designing and maintaining backend systems, particularly with APIs and services in Go
• Proficiency in frontend development using React and TypeScript, with full-stack software delivery experience
• Experience leading complex technical projects that involve multiple teams or systems
• Proven ability to take ownership of projects from planning through deployment and maintenance
• A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and a focus on mentoring others
