Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative solutions for the oil & gas pipeline industry, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will work remotely, architecting and delivering full-stack features while collaborating with customers and team members on machine learning and data analytics projects.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deliver full-stack features using AngularJS/Angular, ASP.NET, and SQL databases
• Lead technical design discussions, set coding standards, and mentor junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing
• Prototype innovative approaches using machine learning and data science to address complex challenges in pipeline integrity

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience, with 3-5 years in web application development
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including stored procedures and query performance tuning
• Experience with SPA frameworks (Angular/AngularJS) and RESTful API design
• Proficiency with Git source control and unit testing frameworks
