Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Software Engineer will analyze customer requirements, design solutions, and develop code for various products while mentoring team members and driving architectural improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and translate high-level customer requirements into detailed designs to solve complex business problems
• Lead code reviews and proactively identify performance and availability issues across multiple product areas
• Mentor and coach other software engineers while driving collaboration across teams to enhance project outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or minimum 4 years of equivalent work experience
• Minimum 6 years of experience in developing and implementing commercial software across several platforms
• Proficiency in modern development languages such as .Net CORE, C#, and Java
• Experience with database management, including relational and non-relational databases
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and building cloud-native applications and services
