Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable Java backend services and cloud applications while utilizing DevOps practices in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and build RESTful APIs and microservices
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration for applications in cloud environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in backend development with strong expertise in Java and Spring frameworks
• Proficient in microservices architecture and RESTful API design and development
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, and containerization using Docker
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including MySQL and MongoDB
