Job Summary

Driving AI-driven development, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will build and manage the agentic harness for engineering workflows, focusing on backend services and authentication systems primarily in C#/.NET, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own the agentic harness for AI-driven development, ensuring reliable and safe engineering practices
• Gather customer feedback and iterate on delivered features to ensure meaningful impact for nonprofits
• Design and maintain backend services, particularly for centralized authentication and session management

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with production services
• Genuine AI fluency and hands-on experience with AI agents, tools, and pipelines
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET, with familiarity in agentic-tooling ecosystems preferred
• Experience with distributed systems, authentication, and security protocols
• Self-directed ownership mindset with a commitment to high standards of technical excellence
