Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Designing and building high-performance storage software for GPU-accelerated compute and AI platforms, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will develop control-plane services, drivers, and tooling for Kubernetes-based workloads in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build control-plane services, drivers, and tooling for provisioning and operating storage for Kubernetes-based AI/compute workloads
• Write production-quality software in Go, ensuring strong testing and operational rigor while delivering infrastructure-as-code and GitOps-driven pipelines
• Architect storage software for fully disconnected environments and integrate high-performance storage platforms into automated workflows

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience, with Go as a primary language
• 5+ years of experience building or integrating storage systems at scale
• Hands-on experience with high-performance storage platforms such as Dell PowerScale or VAST
• Solid understanding of storage fundamentals, including file/block/object models and performance behaviors
• Experience with Kubernetes storage and infrastructure-as-code practices
