Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Enabling Rula's Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will develop scalable platforms and internal tooling to support payments, claims submission, and operational workflows, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain systems that enhance efficiency and reliability across the revenue cycle
• Lead high-priority technical projects from conception to delivery, aligning stakeholders and navigating trade-offs
• Foster a high-performing engineering culture through code reviews, documentation, and mentoring

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on building and scaling web applications
• Proven experience in leading technical projects and navigating stakeholder alignment
• Expertise in distributed systems, including transaction processing and microservices
• Proficiency in AI-assisted development tools to enhance delivery velocity and code quality
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure distributed systems
