Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

As the first dedicated Senior Software Engineer II on the In-Vehicle Experience team, this remote position will define and shape product direction, own the technical direction for real-time interactions, and build AI-powered products from inception to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Define and design systems for orchestrating concurrent, real-time interactions to enhance the driver experience
• Build and ship innovative AI-powered products in a fast-paced environment
• Serve as the technical anchor for the team, mentoring engineers and guiding architectural decisions

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including product ownership from concept to production
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong programming skills in Golang, Python, or similar languages
• Experience designing reliable, distributed backend systems for edge or resource-constrained clients
• Experience with AI-driven systems, including quality and safety considerations
