Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading a development squad in a full-time remote capacity, the Senior Software Engineer will design, build, and deliver high-quality software on time while providing technical guidance, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to continuous improvement within an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality product development and timely completion of projects
• Mentor junior developers on processes, technologies, and best practices
• Participate in Agile processes and continuously improve product development methods

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality commercial software
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Significant experience with C# .NET development, microservices architecture, and CI/CD practices
• Familiarity with creating and consuming HTTP/REST APIs and relational databases
