Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of complex, high-quality software solutions, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will work remotely within the United States, focusing on designing large-scale systems, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, and mentoring team members.

Key responsibilities

• Designs and develops complex features while mentoring teammates to enhance software development practices
• Implements and optimizes CI/CD pipelines and integrates AI tools into the development process
• Leads technical projects, drives continuous improvement, and creates clear documentation for systems and processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer
• 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
• Expertise in creating robust CI/CD pipelines and modern cloud-native development (Docker, Kubernetes, Knative)
• Experience leading collaborative software design sessions and continuous improvement of Engineering practices
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and database technologies
