Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support a collaborative technology team, the contract Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain high-volume web applications remotely, focusing on delivering scalable solutions and mentoring peers in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and SQL Server
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and production support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience using C# and the .NET platform
• Strong experience with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, RESTful Web APIs, and Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience building high-volume, multi-tier enterprise applications focused on scalability and performance
• Proficiency in Agile Scrum software development environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
