Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into high-quality technical solutions while providing mentorship and driving continuous improvement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive architectural vision for large-scale, distributed systems across multiple products and platforms
• Lead the delivery of complex, mission-critical initiatives from concept through deployment and optimization
• Establish and enforce engineering standards and best practices across teams while mentoring junior and senior engineers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 8-12+ years of experience building and delivering enterprise-grade, distributed systems
• Deep expertise in at least one primary programming language (Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript)
• Strong experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization/orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
• Advanced knowledge of software architecture patterns, including microservices and event-driven systems
