Job Summary

Driving engineering projects to completion, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will create a scalable platform for homeowners, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging multiple programming languages in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive engineering projects with a focus on business impact and urgency
• Execute backend ideas and provide support to other teams and engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute engineering projects

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• Fluency in at least one major programming language, with experience in Go, Python, or PHP
• Solid experience with relational databases such as Postgres or MySQL
• Experience leveraging AI coding agents for production software delivery
• Ability to write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code
