Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Development Engineer, the role focuses on building user experiences for the NHI Governance domain within Pathfinder products, designing and maintaining scalable front-end features while collaborating with design and backend teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, performant, and accessible front-end features and interfaces
• Deliver an outstanding user experience across complex, data-rich workflows and dashboards
• Collaborate with design and product teams to translate requirements into polished, high-quality UI

Required qualifications

• Strong front-end engineering skills with a modern JavaScript framework (Angular with TypeScript preferred; React or Vue welcome)
• Solid understanding of modern front-end architecture, component design, and state management
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools to deliver production-quality software
• Experience building and consuming REST/GraphQL APIs and integrating with cloud-native back-end services
• Familiarity with data visualization frameworks (e.g., D3, Chart.js, Highcharts) and modern test strategies for front-end applications
