Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of AI-powered solutions, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing technical guidance, all within a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and deliver complex software features from requirements through production support
• Contribute to system architecture decisions and evaluate new technologies and frameworks
• Mentor junior engineers and influence engineering best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Undergraduate college degree
• 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, including development and configuration
• 5+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum development environments
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Update Sets and deployments
