Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Software Engineer to build and scale the CRM+ platform remotely, focusing on C#, .NET, and Azure, while collaborating with product and design teams to enhance donor engagement features.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain features across the CRM+ platform using C#, .NET, and SQL Server
• Architect and operate scalable services on Azure, ensuring reliability and cost-effectiveness
• Collaborate with Product and Design to shape requirements with a customer-first perspective

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with deep expertise in C#/.NET
• 3+ years of experience with Vue; experience with React or Angular is also acceptable
• Strong experience building and operating production systems on Azure
• Solid experience with SQL Server, including schema design and performance tuning
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI-assisted development, with hands-on experience using Claude Code
