Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative customer data and marketing platforms, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and implement scalable backend services and integrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and operate scalable backend services for customer profiles, consent, and marketing capabilities
• Build data-intensive services integrating various database and messaging systems
• Contribute to customer data workflows, ensuring reliable technical solutions and observability

Required qualifications:

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with backend services and APIs
• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL and relational database design and performance tuning
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerized production environments
