Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To strengthen and evolve the CRM platform, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will design and implement high-throughput, integration-heavy capabilities using Angular, Node.js, and PHP while ensuring system reliability and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development of complex features and integrations, ensuring data synchronization and communication workflows are efficient and effective
• Share ownership of the live system, managing on-call duties and incident responses to maintain operational reliability
• Drive initiatives from design to implementation, improving CI/CD processes and deployment practices for safer and faster software delivery

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in SaaS or product engineering environments
• Hands-on experience with modern Angular and Node.js, as well as relational and NoSQL databases
• Strong understanding of event-driven and microservice-based architectures, particularly on AWS
• Experience with production-grade engineering practices, including automated testing and incident response
• Familiarity with application modernization and re-platforming efforts
