Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Driving cross-cutting infrastructure initiatives, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will manage AWS and GCP cloud infrastructure, build self-service tooling, and partner with various teams to ensure secure and scalable systems in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own infrastructure initiatives across AWS, GCP, and Networking, aligning on standards and operational patterns
• Build and maintain self-service tooling for product teams to provision cloud infrastructure safely
• Collaborate with Compute, Infra Security, and Routing teams to embed security and compliance guardrails into infrastructure provisioning

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in production cloud infrastructure on AWS and/or GCP
• Hands-on experience with cloud networking primitives and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi)
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Go, Python) for building platform tooling
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-team technical initiatives in a multi-cloud environment
• Experience utilizing generative AI responsibly to improve workflow efficiency and quality
