Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading technical projects from concept to execution, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will drive core technical direction, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers while developing high-performance software solutions for the private equity sector.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead technical projects including architectural designs, data structures, and development approaches
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to create user-centric features that impact clients directly
• Identify and implement new technologies and best practices to enhance team performance and developer experience

Required qualifications

• At least 7 years of professional development experience
• Expertise in Typescript, Node, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL
• Proficiency in database schema design and writing performant SQL queries
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as React and React Query
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
