Job Summary

To enhance engineering efficiency, the full-time Senior Software Engineer, Developer Experience will design and build internal platforms and workflows, focusing on reducing developer friction and improving software shipping processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build internal platforms, tooling, and workflows to improve software development experiences
• Identify and implement platform investments that enhance engineering productivity and reduce friction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address pain points and develop solutions that meet real engineering needs

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in building production software within modern engineering organizations
• Strong understanding of product engineering principles applied to internal platforms
• Experience with AI-assisted software development or developer tooling
• Familiarity with CI/CD, release engineering, or software delivery systems
• Ability to measure engineering productivity and impact using frameworks like DORA or SPACE
