Job Summary

To support a revolutionary B2B recruitment platform, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will develop large-scale features, provide technical leadership, and mentor junior engineers in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and innovate large-scale features, implement third-party integrations, and optimize web applications
• Provide technical leadership by writing and reviewing technical designs and conducting code reviews
• Mentor junior engineers and actively participate in agile processes and architectural discussions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in web application development
• Expert-level Python skills with a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
• Solid knowledge of MongoDB or SQL databases, Git, and Docker
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the autonomy to thrive independently
