Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the full lifecycle of a survey application, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and deploy features using Ruby on Rails while leveraging AI tools in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the complete development process of the survey application, from design to maintenance
• Build and maintain full-stack features using Ruby on Rails and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS
• Integrate emerging technologies and establish best practices for code quality and deployment

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of strong experience with Ruby on Rails
• Proficient in PostgreSQL, including schema design and performance tuning
• Experience in full stack development, covering both frontend and backend
• Hands-on experience with AWS deployment, including ECS and CloudFormation
• Demonstrated ability to design and maintain production-grade systems
