Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

To support the scaling of AI infrastructure, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will design and develop distributed systems for GPU clusters, ensuring reliable performance and operational excellence while working remotely or onsite in Santa Clara, TX, or WA.

Key responsibilities

• Designing and developing a scalable platform for identifying and remediating non-performant GPU assets
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure production AI clusters operate reliably and efficiently
• Evaluating system failures and improving services through a well-defined incident management process

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on large-scale production systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in a systems programming language such as Go or Python, with a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Experience with cluster management systems like Kubernetes or Slurm
• Direct experience in a highly technical organization with demonstrable impact from previous work
