Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance the AI-powered Document Compliance Platform, the remote full-time Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and optimize AI-driven document verification services utilizing Vision-Language Models (VLMs) while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve model accuracy and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Design and optimize prompts for VLMs to support document classification and compliance validation
- Develop and maintain automated AI evaluation pipelines to measure model performance metrics
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to define technical strategies and resolve production issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong experience with Vision-Language Models (VLMs) and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Demonstrated ability to design AI evaluation frameworks and understand multimodal AI systems
- Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, and asynchronous programming
- Experience optimizing AI systems for cost, latency, and operational performance
