Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the AI team, the remote Senior Software Engineer will manage advanced software engineering tasks, including designing, developing, and implementing solutions while providing technical leadership and mentorship across multiple applications and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex analysis and advanced level design for impactful software engineering tasks
• Direct and implement solutions to moderately complex problems aligned with team goals
• Lead investigation and resolution efforts for critical problems, defects, and incidents

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, related STEM field, or equivalent education/work experience
• Five years of programming/development experience
• Hands-on experience with large language model APIs or agentic frameworks
• Experience in building and publishing plugins or integrations within a developer tool ecosystem
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate AI initiatives across a large enterprise
