Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Joining a remote team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will direct an agent array on production workstreams, review agent-generated pull requests, and author evaluation suites to ensure quality in a FedRAMP-authorized environment.
Key responsibilities
- Direct the agent array by decomposing problems into tasks suitable for execution and integrating outputs into software
- Review agent-generated pull requests to identify defects and maintain a high quality bar
- Author evaluation suites that define measurable quality criteria for the development pipeline
Required qualifications
- Strong engineering fundamentals in data structures, systems design, and testing
- Proven experience in shipping production software with ownership of quality
- Hands-on experience directing coding agents and critically reviewing their output
- Demonstrated competence in code review, identifying defects beyond automated tests
- Ability to work autonomously and escalate issues proactively
