Job Summary
To support the Truework team, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will develop and maintain a platform for mortgage lenders, focusing on backend solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality solutions with minimal oversight, taking ownership of the software development process
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to define and implement impactful features
- Monitor and resolve production issues for services owned by the team, ensuring reliability and performance
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/training
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript (or similar languages/frameworks)
- Experience developing RESTful APIs
- Strong sense of ownership from feature design through production release
