Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Software Engineer to provide technical leadership for application engineering and cloud integration in a fully remote role, focusing on building and sustaining AI services for FEMA's portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of full-stack AI applications
- Build user interfaces, APIs, and back-end components for various AI solutions
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure compliance with accessibility standards
Required qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in full-stack software engineering or related fields
- Proficiency with PERN-stack technologies and experience with Terraform
- Experience designing accessible user interfaces and ensuring Section 508 compliance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field
- Strong technical leadership and collaboration skills
