Senior Software Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end development process, the remote Senior Software Engineer will design, implement, and deploy features across the full stack, ensuring quality and stability while contributing to customer-facing GRC capabilities and platform services.

Key Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of features, from requirement understanding to deployment and post-release stability
• Deliver across the full stack, including frontend (Angular), backend (.NET, C#, Python), and data layer (PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews to enhance team quality and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

• 8 or more years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated full stack delivery
• Proven track record of owning features end to end with accountability for quality and outcomes
• Strong software design fundamentals, including API design and data modeling
• Experience working independently in environments with ambiguous requirements
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and positively contribute to team culture
