Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support complex software development initiatives, the full-time Senior Software Engineer will perform analysis, design, coding, testing, and debugging of applications, while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct technical design, coding, and testing of applications, serving as a subject matter expert for software systems
- Develop software solutions for enterprise environments, implementing functional and non-functional requirements
- Provide technical support for critical applications and mentor junior software engineers in best practices and technologies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or 5 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- 5 years of experience in software development, including architecture/design and user requirements definition
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C, or Python
- Experience with cloud technologies, including AWS and Azure
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
