Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
Focused on driving technical strategy and execution, the full-time remote Senior Software Engineer will enhance the scalability and reliability of core infrastructure while building systems to optimize cloud use and reduce costs.
Key responsibilities
- Build systems that optimize cloud usage and support scalability for expansion
- Collaborate across engineering and product teams to align roadmaps and perform design reviews
- Investigate and leverage Temporal's software to inform infrastructure design decisions
Required qualifications
- At least 10 years of coding experience in Go, Java, or similar languages, with a focus on concurrent code
- Experience designing distributed systems and using concurrency primitives
- Hands-on experience with cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to complex cross-team engineering efforts
- Excellent collaboration skills and comfort in driving organizational alignment
